Have a beef tallow deep fryer with tallow fries on the menu. They use vegetable oil on the grill though.

In the fryer they use 100% beef tallow. When grilling, they use roasted garlic olive oil and butter. They occasionally use canola oil but can request not to.

They have 2 tallow deep fryers. They only use it for fries but will do wings and other items in it if requested.

Tallow and Lard deep fryers. Butter instead of margarine in all dishes.
